I am a mortgage broker who is looking to establish relationships directly with lenders to achieve niche programs. We simply turn away too many people that I think we should be able to help. Looking for lenders who deal specifically with non-owner occupied properties. Also, just looking for lenders who provide the best rates, but who isn’t?
