The question that I have are mortgage brokers vrs. Owner financing and selling the notes at closing. Although I have not used any mortgage brokers as of yet, are there programs out there for people with C & D credit would could get financed with a mortgage broker.
What is the benefit of using a mortgage broker vrs. Selling the note at closing? In selling the note at closing we can cash out at 90%, even though the interest rate is high, 3-4 points higher than the prime, is this common with seller carried financing? Also I can close the deal within 3 weeks, can the mortgage companies do the same?
Someone please enlighten me with what avenue to pursue, or any additional advise…
