This is total gibberish. Originators of these ridiculous schemes, and even the nincompoops who believe in them are prosecuted everyday for fraud etc. Sounds similar to the individual who believe that taxes are illegal, and that they are not required to pay it. Even some lawabiding, well-meaning, but incredibly stupid indiviuals beleived it, and many are twiddling their fingers in many jail houses. Some of them were even police officers.
The unfortunate thing is that all the originators of these sleight of hand have to do is to keep arguing and arguing and arguing that the scheme is really true (IF YOU ONLY KNEW THE REAL DEAL). That usually is enough for the stupid among us to give them their hard earned money beleiving that the scheme is (wink wink) true.
Afterall some people will stake their lives that the USA government did capture aliens, and are currently keeping, feeding, and doing tests on the aliens, but will not divulge this info to the public. Some even swear they themselves were probed by aliens. And they even believe it. (Alas ! when all they really needed was a real good doctor, and some attention)
Anyway so so long as there are those who are stupid, there will always by a few schmucks who will sell them a vision, a principle, or a dream, just so to separate the stupid from their money. And in some cases the stupid not only lose their money, but also end up in jail.
Only a very low IQ, uneducated, very very stupid person, perhaps a true moron, would even give this scheme a second thought.

You entire case rests on a 1968 case of limited application. That decision is a lower court decision strictly limited to the case, and not stare decisis thus not binding on any other court anywhere else in the United States, or even in Minnesota where it originated. (Also there is no proof yet that any such case really existed in reality. some think the case only exists in cyberspace, but never in the physical world that we know. In other words that the case is a fabrication cleverly manufactured in cyberspace to serve as a refernce for future “mortgage eliminatio” schemes)
Keith I really believe that you are speaking tongue in cheek. If you were not I dare you to stop paying your mortgage. Please do it. Please rely on this idea that the bank never actually loaned you “money”, or that you never had any legal authority to create credit or that the American Dollar is unconstitutional thus not legal tender, or that the United States is an illegality or any such bizzare, weirdo logic. Stop paying your mortgage, and lets see what will happen to you. First you’ll ruin your credit. Then I can bet you some big bucks you’ll be foreclosed upon in due course. And the little money you have left you’ll pay to some lawyer to argue your “mortages are illegal” theory.
Of coursse you’ll be laughed out of Court. And you’ll be asked to pay damages too and bannned from bringing any weird lawsuits again. By the way did you hear the one about the guy that sued GOD for basically everything (true story). The judge laughed him outta Court. The judge quickly dismissed the case pleading that he (the judge), or any other as matters of fact has no jurisdiction over GOD. ANyway your case will fall in the same category. This is because the the “theory” behind this fantasy of yours if assumed to be true will constitute the end of the global financial systen as we know it today. I doubt that anyone we’ll let you do that because you dont want to pay your mortgage. Or because you you want some simple minded nincompoops to believe that they can make their mortagge go away, and perhaps their car note, student loans, credit card loan etc, etc., etc.
But Keith please stop paying your mortgage. Just quit paying the thing, and tell us all about it , say after 10 months…please Keith…do us this favor…Thank you.
