Another option is notenetwork.com. The rule of thumb is if you meet the investor’s guideline, ratio, and score, the discounting should be no more than 5% of loan balance.

Anything over that you’re dealing with a broker.

In detail, what terms or what would you require in order for you to purchase an unseasoned or a partially seasoned
loan?
