Last Week, I mentioned setting aside a time in the chat room to discuss notes, mortgages, cash flows, seller financing, using notes to buy real estate, using real estate to buy notes, creating notes, financing notes, improving notes, etc.
I decided to hold the first one today from 5-6 MST (4-5 PST)
It’s about the only time that fits into my schedule this week. Sorry for the short notice, but if there is an interest, we will do another next week.
