Not all mortgages will have PMI. There are may progarams out that will lend 100% (or close to it) that do not require PMI. BUT, you do have to qualify for them.

Hello,
I was just trying to find out how your monthly mortgage payment is calculated? for example if I take out a mortgage for about $200,000 at lets say 7%, what will my monthly payment be?? $500? $600? $700??
Thank you much.

That is simple. On the index page for the lenders forum look for
Need a Note/Loan Calculator?
Click here and it will call up a calculator. Put in the terms that you want to work with but leave the payment term blank.
$200,000 loan 30 year (360 months) 7% will give a PI payment of $1330.60 plus you will still have taxes and insurance.

…and don’t forget to add PMI unless you are putting down 20% or more
