Does anyone know if Oklahoma is a Mortgage state or a Deed of Trust state? Or do you know where I can find out?

I believe it is a mortage state, unless things have changed since 1992. Also, in 1986 OK passed a law permitting “power of sale” (non-judicial) foreclosure procedure in certain cases. Check with a local title company attorney for further info.
