Has anyone thought of financing real estate in Canada by taking out a mortgage/loan in the US and having a mortgage (in Cdn dollars) on a good Canadian property? Can this be done & if so, it seems to me that this would be a perfect situation for americans—with lower mortgage rates to make money just for being the broker in effect. Would like to know wht people think.
