John, You don’t tell us what State you’re in? I also feel that being in this business, we should have a network in place that we will need in order to do business. We have some lease/options that were financed a year ago with us taking seconds. It is now time to refinance and finally, hopefully, reap some rewards for our work.

I think I can download a standard mortgage application and get it completed, as we have applied for many. In order to put together a saleable package, who should we contact? Thank you.
