Counselor is for sale. For $2 million, you get a trading post, church, school, a handful of houses and a few hundred acres with views.
Frank McDonald, and his three brothers and a sister, are selling the town after the death of their mother. She was the postmistress.
McDonald said they just don’t have the time to hassle with owning a town. But it may be a tough sell. McDonald admitted they haven’t had a single offer for their town.
