I’ve found golf course propterties limit your market a little … ergo, people who like golf;) Granted there are a lot of people that like golf, but there are a good number that don’t really care either and figure they are “paying for the golf course” if the take this house. Try running the ad without mentioning the golf course? Maybe the phone will ring.
3 1/2 years is a long time, I think I’ll take October’s off from now on;)
