I just accepted a job promotion (government) to move out to Salt Lake City, Utah. Is there anyone here that is familiar with the housing situation in that area?

That was before I got this job offer at the Interagency Fire Center in Salt Lake! My husband had been offered a transfer to Idaho, but after I got this job offer, we decided it was too good to pass up. My husband’s company is headquartered in SLC, so it will be easy for him to transfer their, also.

So, we’re off to Utah in a few weeks. We will be in the market for a personal residence first - may try to lease/option.

I hope to get to meet you and John one day after we get settled. Is there any real estate investment groups there?
