In your bio above this forum it says that you can make loans in 42 states. Since it’s a shorter list, can you tell me which states you cannot make loans in? I live in Virginia, but I am very close to DC, MD, and WV.

It’s easier to name the States that we’re NOT in, rather than the ones
that we’re in.
We are NOT in,
Delaware
Georgia
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
Pennsylvania
Vermont
West Virginia
