This has been the most informative site I have seen yet. I just graduated from college and will start my new career this February. I have always planned to invest in real estate after college. I noticed that your office is located in Rancho Cucamonga. I also live in Southern California (Phillips Ranch) and would like to know if you can recommend to me any local, honest lenders/financing companies for my future reference. If you also know of any realtors or mortage brokers I would appreciate that information as well.
