I’m looking at a 13 Unit Condiminium for sale in my home state. About 1 1/2 hours from where I live. There’s a lending broker that is going to get me an 85% First with the balance being a 2nd. So far the numbers add up to a positive cash flow. Good area. 100% Occupancy.

This is my first Commercial Deal. Can anyone offer some advice on what to expect?
