This question is for Joe kaiser… Joe, obviously multiple unit purchases is a quicker path to wealth than single family homes. So what is the best way to purchase apartment buildings (18-100 units) creatively? You have me sold on lease/options,but I can’t figure out how to make it work for multiple units. If I knew how to structure deals like thatI would have my niche. would you have to convert the apartments into condominiums for this to work?
