I’ve found www.domania.com to be valuable for doing comps. You can get selling prices for homes in most areas, distributed by street, neighborhood, etc., and by price, date of sale, etc. I also did some work to find my local county auditor’s and recorder’s sites, which have info about deeds, home sales, appraisal values, etc.

It has “Apartment Building Distribution” maps, Income Distribution maps, density maps, even stats (and maps) based on skill levels. Anybody here ever used this site?
What other web sites, other than this one ofcourse, are a must for real estate investors? Anybody compiled a list?
