Try loopnet.com they currently have 17 listings for multfamily properties in the Albany area. You can also find a broker from the site.

Are there internet sights that allow you to search for your desired properties? Most I have run across want you to call and leave a message for someone.

MLS does provide a public access for buyers to use. Contact the local board of realtors in your area and they should be provide that to you.
www.realtor.com does receive the MLS info from the regional MLS boards … BUT the property info that realtor.com provides on the website is so brief and more ads than property info.
