I filed articles of incorp in october of last year, but never got my EIN # or designated what type of corp it is. I haven’t done a deal yet, and therefore made no money.
Do I need to file? My friend told me that for a corp the tax deadline is the fiscal year from when you file the corp. True? Also, I believe that the minimum tax liability of $800 is waived for the first year in California.
I didn’t file anything. Am I ok?
