I’m just starting out and I’m wondering if there is any way for me to get around having my credit checked every single time I do a deal?. I have good credit, I’m just worried about showing numerous checks on my credit report. Is there any solution that I’m missing? Or do I just accept that every PM will require me to allow a credit check to be run, even if I won’t actually be living in the park? Help as I have a deal that I’m ready to go forward with.
