Just a reminder … after you sell this property or if you get calls from investors that don’t want it after you give them the info - don’t forget to take the info from ALL calls so you can create a buyers list for property in the future. The plan should be that when you get a property to sell you just go to your buyers list and call or email or fax and then you don’t have to do ad’s

I’ve just run my ad and I would like some advice on how
to handle the calls. I didn’t put any numbers in the ad
because I figured it might be better to remain flexible.
I thought I’d ask how much they have to put down for
starters. Then maybe ask how much of a monthly payment
they can afford. I didn’t put the address in the ad so
if they’re interested, I figured I give them the address
so they can drive by. What do I do next if they’re still
interested? Obviously I show them the house but do we
then write up a purchase contract if they want it. Is
there a script anywhere? Thanks!
