I bought 11 mobile homes from another investor last october for $2500 per unit. While I was fixing up 2 of them I ordered Lonnies books and WOW just sell them as-is, wish I got his books earlier, but I put $1500 into this 1972 with an attachement and sold it today for $7500 with $1800 down and $226 per month @ 10% for 30 months. I was trying for $9,000 since it was a 4 bedroom, but the phrase “pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered” was on my mind after some reading, and I got realistic. I had one that burned and cleared $1500, and have 9 more to go. Looks good so far. Thanks Lonnie and I’ll see ya at your workshop in March.
