Thanx for the advise, the last thing I’m going to do is spend my own money. I learned from SCook to tell agents deposits will be held in my title company escrow account upon acceptance.

Hey guys this is my first post to this board and Monday I start my new RE career. Can some of the pro’s here give me some idea of what I should try to get done this week. I’ve read books for 5 months I’ve got 4 courses and flips are what I’m going to be doing. Have $3K to start with. I going to visit some agents and call on ads in the paper. Going to REI group next month. What else am I missing? Oh yeah I’m going to do alot of driving around.

StillGreen, A word of advice: Be sure first, you have your financing ready to go and don’t spend your own money use promissory notes for down payments if you need to and do one project at a time and sell as fast as you can! Try to find a realistic realtor who can funnel to you some good deals!! Good fortune to you in your investing career!!!
