Once I have seperated the real workers from the pretenders and shysters I will be able to do that I am sure. I am having things done that I have never hired out before and most of it not in my home town,so, I am dealing with a new set of folks.
Sounds like you are getting a lot of “intangibles” in the deal, that become tangible later. I tried to talk to my son about intangibles in team sports last night…it was as effective as telling a dog not to chase a cat!
But, I can understand that aspect and will see what pops up when I look farther.
