Swing Loan is similar in nature to abridge loan or even an interim loan.
NIQ- No income qualifier loan also called a stated income loan.
NIV- No income verification
GPM- Graduted payment mortgage where your payments are gradually going up.
GEM- Growing-equity mortgage where you make extra payments to accelerate your free and clear process.
