I know because I wasted $750 in exchange for one day of “training” where they basically told me a bunch of things I already knew (where to look for deals, how much to offer, etc. etc.).
It was my own fault though, I should have asked around first.
There’s plenty of info. in the archives about them-nothing good.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for people who have worked with the Nation Wide company in order to see if it is legit or not. I am especially interested in their Joint-Venture deals where they claim that they will buy a property that I find, renovate it, and then give me 40% of the profits. Should I waste me time here or look for better investors?

Don’t do it!
It’s a COMPLETE waste of time!!
If you can find deals like the ones they will partner w/ you on, you will have investors beating down your door to give you $$$!
Ask me how I know!!

I’ve almost joined them, 1 year ago, and they tried to get like 650 bucks from me to join them. I never called them back, but still have their brochure and think about it from time to time. I just don’t know if they are legit.
Talk to me…
What do you mean when you say?–“Type of deals they are looking for”?
What kind of deals do they fund?
Are they just a ‘rip off’?
Give me your opinion.
Donald,
I’m not Tampasteph, nor have I purchased anything from, or signed up for the Nationwide programs.
However, I have been around this board for a few years now, and have read plenty about them in various discussion threads.
Check the archives here for “Nationwide” and you should get a TON of reading material to help you make a more informed decision.
The basic jist of the posts from what I gathered was that while they offer to fund deals, noone seems to be able to find even ONE deal they actually funded.
I also think they go through a name change every few years, and get tons of complaints to BBB’s and Attorney Generals offices.
Check around the archives, and do a web search at www.google.com or some other search engine.
This should keep you busy studying and learning more about them.
