It’s not exactly a scam, but it’s classic bait and switch. They’ll charge you about $10 to get into the hotel ballroom where the introductory meeting is held, then they’ll try to get another $695 form you to pay for their info package. You supposedly get two years of free consultations, but from the few calls I made to them, I got no additional info that wasn’t available for free in the public domain (local libraries, US Printing Office, etc)
