What they do is take people who have ok credit, and allow them buy a property- Rent To Own, and they require a down payment, and rents that are over the MOrtgage, and within a year they will get you qualified for financing.

One of the new members of our REIA inquired about a company named National Homebuyers Network. I was hoping to get some feedback to answer her question. The company looks to be a clone of HomeVestors, being a franchise system of “we buy houses.” The principals of the company are George Miller and Jon Kubas out of Houston, I believe. Has anyone heard of them? Thank you.
