Is anyone familiar with real estate laws governing NC? I am a newbie still looking for my first flip deal, and feel like I should be familar with the laws as far as what I can and can’t do what is legal and what is not. I would like to get some books that could tell me a little more about it. Any advice would help.

I am a newbie myself, but some of the courses I have bought gave me a general idea and talking to an attorney in your area would be strongly recommended. I especially like Legand’s Quick Cash course.
