My mother is trying to sabotage me again by saying that if I don’t have a mentor to show me how to do this stuff I’ll get in over my head. I was wondering how many of you had mentors starting out and if there are people who “made it” by themselves. I WOULD like to have somebody to advise me, actually. I could help a Bay Area RE investor with inside info about Sacramento communities, since mentoring is a two way street.
