Hi,

Well, when I didn’t need this type of financing everyone and their dog was advertising it but I want to buy a house and I can’t find a source anywhere. There is a property with a 3 gar, 2 poss3 br, 1 bath, guest house/studio on 1.45 acres and it appraised for 115,000 last year. I want to make an offer of around 90-95 for it because it needs some work and it is part of an estate. I want to get an above mentioned loan but don’t know where to turn. Also, I want to have credit pulled once and then go from there instead of multiple times. I need to preserve what score I have.

Anyway, is there anyone out there who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Is this an owner occupied loan.? There is a source I know of for a 95% LTV owner occupied only.

Yes, owner occupied. That would be great if I can participate. What are the score requirements? Thanks.
