Hi, I need financing for 9 units in Dallas, TX, 2 vacancies, each unit rents for 400/month. purchase price $192,000

Can provide income documentation. downpayment 20%, want 30 yr amortization. good FICO.

The challenge is that the owner have no income and expense since they are undergoing lawsuits with the management company, and there’s only rent roll and leases available.
