Need a Good Contract Form!!! - Posted by Anthony Griffin

Posted by Anthony Griffin on April 19, 2000 at 10:15:42:

Hello everyone, I am a new investor in Jackson, MS and I have read and studied all of the courses and I am ready to get started. The problem I have is that I don’t know where to get a good contract form to purchase and sell my property. Can someone help me with this problem. If you want to send me one, I’ll be glad to give my address and phone number so you can reach me. Thanks.

It is usually best to use the standard forms that the local REALTORS use and tack on your own addendum.

Anthony,
Try a real estate agent or title company.

Anthony,
If you have truly read and studied all the courses, then you should already have a contract form.
Most come with there form included.
And, if not, goto www.legalwiz.com and download one there. He has smaple forms all over his sight.

Hope this helps,
