Gentlemen and Ladies,
I am in need of a good calculator. I owner financed a house for a man, and now he wants to sell the house. We have a 30 year agreement, but now he has moved out of town and wants to sell, I tried to pay him some money, but he wants to make a killing.
I am needing a calculator to figure out how much he owes me, from 2000. If anyone has any suggestions, for an on-line calculator I would appreciate it.
