A HUD realtor called me this afternoon with a property that just came up on this weeks list. Listed at 50k, comps in area 90k to 100k. Realtor says house is in great shape and I’ll take a look tomorrow. In the meantime, does anyone know of lenders in this area. I would be buying to rehab and sell immediatly.
