I have my first deal under contract and have a T/B lined up (thanks to some help I have received from the message board) but after reading more about L/O I am wondering if the contract I have is the one I want to use. Would someone please e-mail me a Lease and option contract (pro-seller) that is legal in Idaho.
Also which is the best course for L/O, William Bronchick, Jeff B., or ? I have Ron Legrands, but I feel that there is so much missing. Please help.
