My suggestion , is for you to hook up with a local broker in your area.
They should have no problem placing your loan.
It also gives you a good lending source, because a broker has a variety
of loans.
In our business as in others, it is important to net work.

I need a lender who can refinance me out of my private loan on my investment property. I need 75% LTV, No income verification, no taxes.I can show assets & A credit. House appraised at $92,000, in Maryland. I need $68k. Tenant pays $875/mo. I have owned property 10 months. Any information & terms i could expect. Thanks
