Shelton,

It depends on the investor. I have never been a bird dog, but my contractor bird dogs for me once and a while.

What I do with him is once I sign the contract to purchase the property I pay him. Even if the deal were to fall through on me (which that has never happened)I feel he earned his money by finding me that deal.

I know many may disagree with that but I have known him for years and he has cut me alot of bargins on his work. We have a good business relationship.

I was just wondering if anybody had any advice on how I could make $500 in 6 days? My car broke down and the mechanic is charging me $500 dollars to fix it. I am a college student who works part time and makes very little money. Does anybody have any Ideas?

Why not do both of what Jermaine and Kevin said.

Bird dog for an investor and sell off something on ebay. That should make you a quick buck.
