real estate agent is a guess, nothing more, do some home work and have a title comp, do a titel search,appraiser to get comps in the area, $92,000 for a property value at 300k will make do a titel search/don’t go by what a real estate agent says ,thier there to sell and make a buck do some home work,

Does anyone have a clue as to where I may be able to obtain financing? SW Mobile home on 15 acres of waterfront property in Lakes Region NH. Real estate agents guess value to be $300K upwards, purchase price is $92,600. We have bad credit rating, self-employed and require 100% financing. Any info on lenders willing to finance this would be much appreciated.
Our current interest rate is 12% and we would like something lower.
