We want to cash out on an 850+ ac Tennessee Mountain Land Development. We’ve completely finished 250+ ac with utilities, paved county rd, driveways cut in, landscaping, building sites cleaned off. We divided it up into 5 ac & up tracts, beautiful bluff & interior lots. Have a nice, newly remodeled modern sales office building set-up already right @ the interstate. The remaining 550+ acres fronts the paved county rd with utilities. We cut in a nice lg wide rd for access. It has $200,000+ worth of forester appraised hardwood timber that can be harvested.
