Definately NOT the norm. Your obviously working with a lower-level corp that doesn’t mind your help.
The one I’ve dealt as a co-manager (with upwards of 300 parks at this time) would break your kneecaps in a Las Vegas minute if they knew you were cutting into their bottom line.
