What you can do depends on zoning.
1.)If water and sewer and Elec. Divide into lots and rent as Mobile home lots.
2. Lease for farming or livestock
3. Dig for coal
4. Drill for oil or gas
5. Sell off timber (if any)
6. Lease and build to suit for 7-11
With out more info it could be alot of uses or none

I have 2 acres of property (no structures) that I am trying to decide how to use the property to get the most out of it. I originally wanted to build a home to later retire there. But it will be years before I will be ready for that, in the mean time I would like to have the property make money for me. Also my brother and sister have property adjoining to my property, together we have a total of 10 acres. What would be the most profitable options for us to consider.

You could build storage units and rent them.
You could set up a fenced parking lot for people with RVs, utility trailers, cars, etc. and no room to store them.
You could improve the lot with utilities and rent out to people with RV units by the day, week, or month.
