Would like to do my first Lonnie deal in Ca. Can anyone
answer a few questions?

  1. How many deals can you do until you are required
    to have a dealers license?
  2. To get a dealers license what are the requirements?
    Do you need to be a mobile home sales person before
    you can become a dealer?
  3. Do all deals need to go through escrow?
  4. Are there sales taxes or property taxes.
  5. Anyone doing Lonnie deals in the Fresno Ca. area?

iF go to the department of Housing and Community Development’s web site at www.hcd.ca.gov you can get alot of your answers there.
