Try using ditech.com(GMAC Mortgage) See what they have to offer. I use them all the time. They close at your house as well and quick.

I was dooped,I had an application going with one company for a heloc and they were dragging there feet. So I decided to give my business to a gentleman that I met in a networking group I belong to.They assured me that they would be able to do it no matter what. Well guess what, they put me off and put me off and I don’t believe they can do it. I don’t want to keep running credit checks and lower my score.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
