There’s alot more to the story that you need to find out. Houses aren’t condemned just because someone told the inspector off. Ask the inspector why it’s condemned. It’s a potentially flip, but there’s alot more information you need first.

I came across a house that had been condemned,
and the building inspector helped me find out where the owner worked, so i called the owner to see if he’d be interested in selling, he said yes $95,000 very quick, i ran comps on it and the average comp is about 138,000 it’s assesed at 91,000 if that means anything.
the owner stated the inside are all new but he just told the inspector off (i guess lol) so they boared it.
I can work w/ the inspector find he’s a great guy. but what do you think of this deal? i wanted to wholesale/flip. any advice would help.
