a) Slowly
b) Quickly
c) Don’t Approach

a) if it the comps show it is good, and the terms are right for the situation, and you want to see how good of a deal it is.

b) if the comps show it is worth a million dollars.

c) if the comps show it is only worth $10k.

Can you be more specific in your question? I don’t want to sound like Clinton; but can you define “approach” in your example?

FMV, Interest Rate, Exit Strategy, etc…
