Are there any hard money lenders in Louisiana, I was told that it would be best to find a local lender because lenders here is california are not really interested in loans that small

We have a $10K offer in on a REO property in Louisiana, we estimate the fix up to be approx $10k and AFV to be between $40-$50K. How can we quickly get the funds to complete the rehab. Have credit card lines to cover the purchase now but want to pay that off asap and make some cash on our 1st deal.
