My husband and I are rehabberswe are looking to lease option our next rehab. We by them for 15-40K put about 5-15K into them appraisals are anywhere between 40 - 70K depeding on the project. The problem is the low loan amount, around here in Central NY you can get a nice starter home in a good area for 50K. We’d like to get 70-75% of appraised value. We used to use Wells Fargo but as of April they changed their poicy and now go o purchase price.
