I am scheduled to close my first deal that involves owner financing and a double closing. I need a attorney that understands these kinds of closings and also to draw up the note. I know I can go through the phone book, but I’d rather get a reccomendation from someone in MA. Closing is for 5/1 and I’m scared as all heck!
