If you have your own realtor representation then he/she will write it up using verbage that is favorable to the buyer - such as longer/shorter escrow - longer option period, remembering to ask the seller to pay for everything possible (closing, survey, title etc, etc) -
In a Carlton Sheets kit many years ago, he provided a contract to buy which strongly favored the buyer. He said that all other contracts are written by realtors and attorneys that represent sellers and you want to use his buyers contract. Well, I do not have this contract any more, does anyone have it or something similar I can use to make an offer on a house in Indiana? Thanks! -Jason
